Joseph Hawkins Low IV

Joseph Hawkins Low IV is a solo practitioner in Long Beach, California, with additional offices in Torrance, Beverly Hills, San Diego and Cardiff by the Sea.

Education:

Low attended UC Santa Barbara where he earned a BA in Chemistry in 1993 and a Masters of Science in Biophysical Chemistry in 1994.  In 1997, he received his JD from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.  Low is also a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer College (1998).
