- The Hippocratic Oath is historically taken by doctors swearing to ethically practice medicine. Contrary to popular belief, the Hippocratic Oath is not required by most modern medical schools.
- The Search Warrant and Affidavit used to search Conrad Murray’s storage facility in Houston. The affidavit includes the statement of facts surrounding Michael’s death, as told to detectives by Murray. I had hoped that the story about Murray summoning Prince Michael into the room was a myth, but unfortunately it is included in the affidavit.
- The Coroner’s Report includes every document released on February 8, 2010, including the toxicology reports.
- Medical Board v. Conrad Murray is a petition to suspend Conrad Murray’s license pending the outcome of the trial. The medical board minces no words regarding Murray, calling his conduct “reckless” and “reprehensible” while stating that he is “a danger to the public”.
